SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: FULL TRIATHLON DISTANCES RESULT AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

To make sure every triathlete has a good mental and physical condition for the race. FXT will open contestants to apply for qualifications on June 1st. If you want to participate FXT,  please provide a health assessment questionnaire and a 226KM completion certificate within a limited time (2020/1/1~2021/5/31) before July 15 (Or related proof of ability) to FXTriathlon@gmail.com.

The FXT registration is a qualification review mechanism. The conference has the right to determine whether you are eligible. You will receive a notification within 15 working days. If you pass the review, the conference will send an email to provide the registration link, please complete the registration within 7 days.

FXT 將於7月1日 開放選手申請參賽資格，欲挑戰FXT 極限鐵人選手請於8月31日前提供健康評估問卷和 限定時間內（2021/1/1~2022/6/31）226KM完賽證明（或相關能力證明）至 FXTriathlon@gmail.com 。
FXT報名賽事為資格審核機制，大會有權決定您是否具有資格，您將於15個工作天內收到通知。若您通過審核，大會將發送Email提供報名連結，請選手於7天內完成報名。

Entrance fee includes: Race pack, buffet vouchers, athlete insurance, full mountain rescue and first-aid support.The race pack includes the following items (please double check you have everything)

  3. Stickers (Bike, Helmet, Support Car)
  4. Bib Number
  5. Swim Cap
  6. Reflective vests (Athlete and Supporters)

Cancellation Rules

Formosa Xtreme Triathlon does not offer refunds, transfers or entry deferral. We STRONGLY advise you accept the event entry insurance offered as part of the entry process (add-on Refund Protect can get full refund ).

Your entry is not transferable, and may not be sold or given to another person. Anyone who starts at Formosa Xtreme Triathlon using the registration of another person will be taken out of the race.

THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED – IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DO THE RACE, DON’T ENTER THE REGISTRATION.

You are responsible for reading these before starting the Formosa Xtreme Triathlon 2021.
